As we continue to invest in our team, customers and store network we are recruiting for a brand brand new BIG W store located in Stanhope Gardens, NSW, that we will open early in 2024, as well as a number of other opportunities across a few stores in the Greater Sydney area.
Store Leadership Roles Include:
Availability Manager - supports the delivery of availability through end to end inventory routines, ensuring products are always available for customers to buy.
Merchandise Manager - supports the delivery of inspiration, key events, price perception and great customer experience in destination areas.
Digital and Service Manager - supports the delivery of a quick, easy and seamless checkout experience, whether the customer purchases for online delivery, instore pick up or purchases instore.
Store Support Manager - supports the delivery of demonstrating real care and doing the right thing through compliance & safety, embedding and improving good process and routines and identifying opportunities to reduce risk.

Experience in a retail leadership role is also essential, big box preferred but not essential.
