A well known hardware company is seeking multiple Store Manager’s to join their welcoming and family oriented team in multiple locations across the Northern Beaches and Western Sydney. This business is renowned for their friendly service and commitment to making the end-to-end sales process as easy as possible.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Delivering high quality consultative customer service
Consulting customers with product information
Travelling to the customers residence to obtain measurements
Dealing with inbound enquiries from customers and encouraging them to come in store.
Managing the KPIs of the store
Reporting in to the National Sales Manager

About You:
Able to match the best solution to the customer
Ability to provide excellent customer service
The ability to work under pressure and work towards KPIs
Available to work weekends and accommodate a rotating roster that will change every 4 weeks
Previous experience in sales and/or showroom sales and customer service is desirable
Experience in a Supervisor or Manager level position
