This role requires effective leadership of the sales team and efficient management of business operations.In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Inspire and motivate the Sales Managers and the team to maximize sales opportunities to achieve KPIs.
- Provide clear communication, feedback, and effective leadership to maintain high performance and quality customer experiences.
- Develop new sales strategies and implement action plans.
- Maximize store profit by increasing sales and maintaining cost control.
- Engaging with customers, including handling complaints and refunds.
- Ensure all team members are aware of company standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring full compliance and adherence to security, safety, and appearance guidelines.
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Sales-focused and results-oriented
- Knowledge/experience of international brands and diverse categories of products
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
