We are seeking a highly passionate, fashion-forward and adaptable Store Manager to work alongside the Cluster Manager. They will drive store performance and effectively lead the team to achieve company objectives, in line with financial and operational targets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experienced in leading teams of up to 5-7 employees in a fast paced environment.
A leader with the ability to assist in motivating and mentoring their team.
Someone who is wanting to represent the French Connection Brand through our clothing and accessories.
Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team
Exposure to stock management.
Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets.
Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
High standards in providing superior customer service
