The Opportunity
As the Store Manager, you will lead the store team and exceed sales targets by delivering an exceptional in-store and online experience to our customers.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Team Leadership
- P&L Responsibility
- Financial Reporting
- Deliver on commercial performance and viability of the business
- Drive ongoing delivery of professional, courteous, and sincere customer service standards
- Capitalise on sales opportunities to ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets
- Manage staff across rosters, recruitment and professional development
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of Store Management experience (Bulky Goods experience will be viewed favourably)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experienced with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Entrepreneurial by nature with a drive to succeed financially.
- Experienced with merchandising and ticketing disciplines within a hard or bulky goods environment.
- The ability to review, interpret and act upon retail and financial performance results.
- A true team player who understands "there's no I in team".
- Experience in pool products and services is not essential but would be viewed favourably.
