Store Operations Support Administrator- 5 month Secondment
Your Opportunity
Under the
guidance of our Operations Support Managers in Sun & Optical this role will be providing
support with store operational activities and functions, including the administrative
support to our store operations teams for urgent issues and new initiatives. This is a 5 month secondment based out of North Sydney supporting store operations on a wide range of tasks from Omnichannel services, processes, Service Desk ticket management and liaiseing with a range of stakeholders to incorporate business changes, policies & procedures. Be a key member of the Store Operations Team by contributing to the success of the team’s projects, programs and initiatives!
Key Responsibilities

-Administer core store processes including uniforms, trading hours, operational maintenance etc.
-Support with Store Omnichannel services, Smartshopper, and SMARTLY processes, Service Desk ticket management and issues escalation.
-Coordinate non-inventory item forecasts, order processing, and order management for all general retail consumables such as uniforms/badges, store carrier bags, Gift Cards and ad hoc sundry items.
-Provide support to Management and Field teams to ensure store compliance to agreed systems and processes is being maintained. (formation & reporting of Store audits, collation of data and information)
-Coordinate the ongoing localisation, evaluation and implementation of policies and procedures, and associated collateral, tools and processes
-Where directed, liaise with other departments to incorporate business changes into policies and procedures
-Work with Operations Support Managers in the maintenance of information, materials, and SOPs directly linked to the success of retail operations and the delivery of the customer journey for all banners.
-Ensure the successful store implementation of operational initiatives such as Afterpay, Latitude, EPP, Gift Card, IT system changes plus ad hoc operational projects.
-Plan and implement new initiatives to support prioritised execution and delivering of the customer journey consistently.
Succesafull Candidate

-HSC or equivalent and 2+ years of retail experience in a corporate or retail store setting
-Sound understanding of Retail Operations management and/or best practice customer service in a retail setting.
-Ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks simultaneously while working under strict deadlines.
-Attention to detail and ability to grasp technical initiatives quickly.
-Strong professional relationship skills and ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally.
-Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Office, SharePoint.
