Your Role:
As a Stores Person, you will support the management of warehousing operations, including unpacking, packing, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will also use warehouse database systems, manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies, assist with the general upkeep of the warehouse, and participate in stock takes and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating goods for distribution to customers.
- Picking and checking orders prior to despatch.
- Packaging goods to ensure safe delivery.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishments as required.
- Processing receipt and delivery of inventory.
- Completing receival/despatch documentation.
- Organising warehouse records operations.
- Monitoring storage facilities.
- Receiving and storing goods.
- General housekeeping of the warehouse facility.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Valid forklift license is an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to develop and learn.
