This is an opportunity for a Strata Manager to join a tight-knit team operating out of stunning offices in Sydney's CBD
The Role:
Managing a very small portfolio of 10 buildings to start, this is an opportunity that will see you:
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
- Previous experience in Strata Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
- This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks
- Parking provided in CBD
- Paying up to $110K + super + Schedule Bs depending on experience!
