Our Client

Duties
Day to day management of your portfolio (61 plans)
Handling enquiries and corresponding with Owners, Executive Committee Members, Property Managers and Tenants
Arranging quotations and work orders
Monitor residents adherence to by-laws
Prepare budgets and Agendas
Conduct AGM’s and attend OCM where required
Specific requirements
Experience in Strata Management
Have a current Strata Certificate or License
Most meetings are via online, but you will still require a car & valid drivers license
