Job description
We are currently seeking a switched on, organised and positive person to join our busy and dynamic team as an Assistant Strata Manager. The role is based full-time in our Subiaco office. Our office currently utilises PropertyIQ strata software.
Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Strata Manager;
- Assist the Strata Manager to schedule Strata Meetings and coordination of Strata Meeting Agendas and Minutes;
- Liaising with the Council of Owners, owners, tenants and property managers to cultivate good relations and ensure all expectations are being met;
- Generating work orders and insurance claims for Strata Companies;
- Obtaining quotes for maintenance work;
- Document management of strata company files both electronic and hard copies;
- Assist with the preparation of draft budgets and financial reports; and
- Drafting of standard letters and circulars on behalf of the Strata Manager
The successful applicant must possess:

- Motivation and a willingness to continue to learn;
- Good customer service skills
- A high level of verbal and written articulation
