We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who has worked in the Strata Industry on a Full-time basis to join our team.

This position would be ideal for candidates who have a minimum of two years’ experience in accounts team of a strata company. Candidates with extensive accounting experience from other industries are also welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities:
Internal and external audit for assigned portfolio of strata schemes
Debt recovery on fortnightly basis
Strike levies on monthly basis
GST payments and refunds on quarterly basis
Bookkeeping for Corporate Accounts
Skills required:
Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Ideally at least 2 years’ trust accounting experience in a strata company
Excellent PC skills, ideally experience with Strata Master and File Smart software
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service ethics
Organization, efficiency and Self-motivation
Professional and enthusiastic approach to work
Excellent administration skills
Ability to work under a lot of pressure
