About our client:
This National Property agency has established a solid reputation across both the Perth metropolitan as well most major cities Nationally for delivering the highest level of service to their clients. They provide Property Management & Sales & Leasing services to a diverse portfolio across Commercial, Retail & Industrial and Strata.
Training and support will be provided to accounts professionals seeking growth into property and in particular Trust accounts.
In this role you will be overseeing the trust accounts of 150 mixed use strata schemes (Commercial / Residential) using PropertyIQ
Duties include:
Daily receipting and bank reconciliations
Quarterly/monthly levy invoices
Report monthly management fees
Creditor fortnightly payment
Prepare & generate relevant financial reporting for EOM, EOFY, Tax, GST & BAS
Liaise with external and internal parties in regards to account and invoice queries
You will be proficient in the following:
A natural head for numbers along with current accounts experience is essential
Exposure to trust accounts would be beneficial but not a necessity
Sound administrative and organisation skills
Strong attention to detail
Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability with Microsoft Office suite
