About Us:
The Canberra City campus project is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for UNSW to establish a new campus on a prominent site in the National Capital on traditional Ngunnawal land. UNSW is building on its more than 50 years in Canberra by developing a significant new campus on the edge of the CBD and within the Parliamentary Triangle. The campus will drive growth, stimulate innovation and demonstrate enduring leadership.

About the Role:
Role: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Salary: Level 9 position $130,350 – $138,314 plus 17% Superannuation
Employment type: Full time, 35hrs
Term: Continuing
Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, leveraging and managing existing and future partnerships that positively impact UNSW Canberra. You will build partnerships to secure government, public and private funding through grants, tenders and sponsorships.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in business or a relevant discipline and/or knowledge gained through relevant experience.
Extensive experience working in or with public sector, government or APS partners.
Demonstrated success developing strong partnerships, maintaining positive client relationships and managing business processes with public sector and government clients.
Demonstrated experience applying entrepreneurial, innovative and consultancy principles with public sector partners to secure income.
Experience working with internal stakeholders, managing the delivery of services and contract requirements with public sector clients.
Experience preparing and managing tender opportunities.
