About the role

Do you have Strong facilitation and participatory co-design experience and adept at bringing people together to achieve outcomes on time? We'd love to hear from you.

Join our newly formed team focused on supporting Red Cross to achieve strategic initiatives which require a whole of organisation focus for success.

Key objectives include growing our volunteer and member numbers, their diversity, engagement and humanitarian action, facilitating a collective movement towards improving youth engagement at Red Cross and looking at ways we can measure and implement greater social connection.

What you will bring
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated experience in developing evidence-based advice
  • Project management experience providing high-quality delivery within resource and time constraints
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, networking and influencing skills, with experience working across all organisational levels including with Board and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise design thinking to solve complex problems or deliver initiatives and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence through complex challenges and/or multi stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in managing sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
