As the TA Marketing Specialist you will develop a talent acquisition marketing plan and execute the associated campaigns for a large state government organisation providing essential services to the public.
Based in the Perth CBD, this contract role will initially run up to six months with potential to extend or possibly become permanent. As the Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the People and Organisational Development team and senior leaders on all recruitment, branding and attraction strategies. Your role will incorporate the following:
- Define the EVP in alignment with the organisation's broader strategic plan and adjacent marketing and HR strategies
- Analyse current and forested recruitment and resource management needs using a data-driven approach
- Consult with the organisation to determine priority roles and develop target talent profiles
- Identify metrics used to measure success of TA marketing efforts
- Develop a TA marketing plan to include internal comms, schedule and implementation plan
- Coordinate relevant events and promotional opportunities
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified and have experience recruiting across a variety of roles from front line through to corporate and executive suite.
