Qualitative Research Strategist:

  • You'll be involved in every element of projects, from briefs to designing research, managing fieldwork, analysis, write-up, and client presenting with the seniors mentoring and supporting your every step.
  • You'll further your qualitative toolkit by running IDIs, qualitative workshops, co-creation sessions and online communities.
  • You'll have the opportunity to partner with commercial and social clients delivering insights that influence branding, service design, CX, communications, product development, segmentation, and marketing.
  • You'll also partner closely with creative in-house graphic designers. You won't just deliver your insights through a report; you'll run workshops, co-creation sessions, films, and excellent presentations to communicate your recommendations.
  • You'll work collaboratively, learning new ways of thinking from quantitative experts, strategists, marketing scientists, consultants, and cultural experts.
  • The essentials:

  • An inherent passion for understanding people, brands, and culture
  • Prior qualitative research experience gained within a research, insights, or management consultancy
  • Hands-on experience running qualitative research from interviews to workshops and online communities
  • Natural ability to translate complex to simple.
  • Stellar communication skills and a desire to do well.
  • Quantitative research experience would be advantageous too
