This Opportunity

As our Strategy and Insights Lead at TasWater you will be responsible for analysing and translating information and data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and action. 

Key Accountabilities

The experience that will help you succeed in this role will be; 

Monitor and analyse external trends, shifts, and events that might impact TasWater, offering foresight into potential future scenarios. 

Develop data-driven forecasts and models to support long-term planning and resource allocation. 

Shape and drive the implementation of TasWater’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach, including forecasting ESG trends/ directions, ensuring TasWater is positioned to meet all regulatory compliance requirements, preparing climate scenario analysis and developing a reporting framework aligned to Strategy.

The Details

This is a permanent full-time position that can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport, and offers hybrid working arrangements and flexibility in working hours so you can do the things that matter to you. 

The position attracts a total remuneration package of circa $130,000 to $140,000 per annum (including superannuation).
