Job Description

WHAT DO OUR STRATEGY GRADUATES DO?​

Our Strategy Consultants work in teams to solve all manner of client problems, which may include business strategy development, large scale transformation, redesigning customer experiences, and identifying digital solutions.​

As a Strategy Consultant you can expect to work across a broad range of industries spanning Energy, Agribusiness, Health, Retail, Financial Services, the Public Sector, and more…​

We are always working on a diverse range of client projects, which over the past few years has included developing COVID contact tracing systems, redesigning paediatric hospital food menus and service delivery, launching eCommerce platforms for Australia's largest retailers, designing cloud and digital strategies for ASX100 listed companies, addressing the industry workforce issues in agriculture, working with AEMO on the energy transition, and helping the big banks redesign their customer experiences.​

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?​

Our university graduates are the lifeblood of our business. They define our culture and are filling our leadership roles as our business grows. Each year Publicis Sapient take a new crop of graduates and launch them into the world of Strategy. Our Early Careers program puts our graduates on a rapid development path that takes them to Senior Associate. We are looking for individuals who can start in March 2023, who excel at solving complex problems, are logical and analytical, build strong relationships, and are adaptable and resilient.​

Qualifications

• Australian or NZ Citizen or Australian PR
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Legal, or a related field
• Graduating to start in March 2023
• Will have graduated within the past 18 months by start date

YOU HAVE:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analysis skills
• A strong customer focus and outstanding client-facing capabilities, with an openness to working at the client site and occasional interstate travel (if required)
• A positive attitude, experience in collaborative work environments and comfort adapting to change
• Experience in management, operational improvement, customer experience, analytics, or technology projects
• Relevant internship experience
• A high degree of competence in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
