AddressWhat’s the role?
- Work within Newsamp, News Corp Australia’s specialised integrated advertising team consisting of strategy, solutions and insights functions that creates valued business partnerships and proactively identifies strategic business opportunities for clients
- Partner with News Corp Australia’s sales teams to generate client revenue, leveraging assets from News Corp Australia’s vast portfolio that deliver clients’ marketing, campaign and business objectives and priorities
- Help create and facilitate client workshops to enable strategic conversations that uncover client marketing and business problems that News Corp Australia can help solve
- Develop strategic thinking and brief responses across a range of client categories, budgets and complexity
- Support the senior strategy team to deliver a go to market strategy and grow integrated revenue
- Leverage a portfolio of exciting brands and assets across a range of categories and platforms such as news.com.au, Vogue Australia, taste.com.au, The Australian, Newscast and many more.
Who are you?
- Experience working in a strategy or planning team within media, advertising, PR, marketing or publishing industries
- Experience generating insights and using strategic thinking to create single minded ideas
- Experience in client and category business planning to support sales, as well as successful market pitching, with an understanding of what’s required to win client business
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help identify opportunities and solve problems
- Influencing capability and strong ability to negotiate while maintaining a respectful approach.
- Desire to create, innovate, learn and win.
