We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. We are currently expanding and will soon have a second location opening in Strathalbyn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about strength and conditioning.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalised strength and conditioning programs for clients of all fitness levels.
- Help to track client progress and ensure progressive overload
- Provide instruction on techniques and equipment use.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for all clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout area.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Certification 3 & 4 or equivalent
- First Aid & CPR
- Experience in strength and Conditioning Coaching or personal training.
- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
