Key Responsibilities:
Interpret, Evaluate, and Assess: Be at the forefront of aircraft structural repairs by interpreting technical drawings and repair data. Evaluate and report defects, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Versatile Work Environments: Embrace a diverse work environment by contributing to workshops, on-wing repairs, and potential travel to customer locations, enriching your skillset with hands-on experiences.
Craftsmanship Excellence: Engage in primary structural fitting replacements, composite panel repairs, and aircraft component manufacturing, showcasing your expertise in structural and sheet metal fabrication.
Support and Mentorship: Help shape the next generation of aviation professionals by providing valuable assistance and support to Apprentices.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
Certified Expertise: A must-have qualification for this role is an Australian Qualification Framework Certificate IV in Aeroskills, or an overseas equivalent that can potentially achieve this qualification through recognition of prior learning.
Proven Experience: Demonstrate extensive aircraft servicing experience across various aircraft, highlighting your versatility and proficiency.

About the Position:
