Support a small team of education specialists to run their education programs across Australia.
The role includes:- Assisting potential new students with their pre-enrolment course enquiries by phone, email and chat.
- Welcoming new students, supporting them through their onboarding process, and helping them settle into their course.
- Monitoring student engagement and providing general assistance to students studying programs online
- Coordinate course dates and bookings
- Records management in our Student Management System (SMS), Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Invoicing, payment processing and following up unpaid accounts.
- Government reporting
- Proven capacity to work effectively in an administrative role
- Strong digital literacy

- Experience working at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
