This position is a dual role which provides the first point of contact for the campus and provides exceptional administrative and client support. We are seeking an experienced, team focussed administrator who strongly embodies the University’s values and believes in its mission to proudly deliver exceptional service to our campus staff, students, and stakeholders. You will provide advice, direction and support to our students and industry at the front line, managing enquiries to assist our wider team in effectively resolving a wide range of stakeholder issues.

- Using your knowledge of the University to answer phone, electronic and face-to-face requests from all CQUniversity customers, identify problems over a range of areas, and resolve general enquiries within the agreed service target timeframes.
- Providing excellent customer service to our culturally diverse student community and CQUniversity stakeholders.
- Accurate and timely data entry of prospective and current student enquiries from all channels to establish an accurate student body profile.
- Undertaking meeting management and campus events including preparation of agendas, recording and preparation of minutes, room set up and catering coordination.
- Understanding and applying University-wide policy and audit requirements related to processes associated with purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, supply, asset management and contractual arrangements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, organisational performance, productivity, flexibility and effectiveness in achieving quality outcomes for clients.
- Managing stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers, acting as a first point of contact with a high degree of initiative.
- You will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation should your CQUniversity role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives.
