As a Course Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the decision-making process, helping them select the business courses that best fit their professional aspirations. This position demands a blend of sales acumen and advisory skills, ensuring that every student's educational journey starts with the right step. Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students via phone and email, providing detailed information about our suite of business courses.
Understand the needs and aspirations of each prospective student to recommend courses that align with their career goals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the course offerings, including both accredited and non-accredited options.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in business education to offer informed advice to students.
Contribute to the overall targets of the sales team by achieving individual enrolment goals.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar advisory role, ideally within the education sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to help others achieve their career objectives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred but not required.

- Base Salary $70,000-$80,000 plus super
- Uncapped Earning Potential
