We are looking to fill a temporary position (~3 months or potentially longer) for a Student Health and Wellness Coordinator at the School for Field Studies based near Yungaburra (a short ways down the Gillies Highway). Essentially the position involves tourism & hospitality work in a remote part of Australia so it counts towards the 88 day work requirement for work holiday makers. We are looking for someone who is keen to work with undergraduate students and who possesses at least a Bachelors degree (preferably in the field of natural sciences/biological/environmental sciences), current drivers license, and with some first aid certification. The position ideally requires staying for the short term at the premises on most days of the week, and could be suitable for someone looking for a short term stay or work-holiday makers and who has the relevant qualifications. Applicants with outdoors/tour guiding experience are also preferred.
