St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School is an independent day and boarding school for over 1450 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. The school is located close to the ocean in the northern suburb of Karrinyup and, during term time, is home to over 185 boarders.
The role of the Student Services Co-ordinator is to assist in the efficient operation of the student services administration within the Senior School and provide friendly, professional and effective customer service within the School community.
In addition to general student services duties, the Student Services Co-ordinator assists the Deputy Principal (Students and Wellbeing) and Dean of School Operations in the planning and performance of the routine administration aspects of their role, including communicating and exchanging information with staff, parents and students.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative support to the Deputy Principal (Students and Wellbeing) and Dean of School Operations
- High level administration assistance to the Associate Deans within the Students and Wellbeing team
- Titanium calendar management, student appointments, and general administration support for Senior School Psychology Services
- Calendar management, including upkeep of Applications, Teamup, Cyclics, and Student Cyclics and entering of test dates and excursions
- Co-ordination of general meetings and parent appointments
- Compilation of student data for various departments for start of school year
- Oversee student sign in and out, in co-ordination with the Absentee Officer
- General student administration and organisation of Smartrider cards, lost property, student phones, student locks and lockers, and blazer embroidery
- Provide holiday and relief cover for other administrative staff if required
- Any other duties as may be required
This role is a full-time ongoing role, which includes working during the school holidays.
