Studio / HR Coordinator

This award-winning architecture firm is seeking a Studio coordinator to support and uplift the dynamic team. The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a highly maintained studio and assisting with HR procedures under direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, the Studio Coordinator will be responsible for providing a positive environment to staff and clients, maintaining and improving the organisations culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to all visitors to the studio
• The monitoring and response to all applications
• Development and implementation of HR procedures including aspects of salary and performance reviews, induction frameworks and leave requests
• Ad hoc duties as guided by the COO

Skills and experience

• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar office support role
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of organisation
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
