Pedestrian Group, Australia’s largest youth-focused publication, is seeking a Studio Traffic Coordinator to support the wider Studio team across Video, Design and Experiential for our award-winning network of brands: PEDESTRIAN.TV, Refinery29, VICE, Lifehacker, Kotaku, Gizmodo Business Insider, Openair Cinema and The Chainsaw.

About the Job

The role reports to the Head of Studio Operations with the onus of keeping tabs on ensuring all campaigns are resourced appropriately, run smoothly and to agreed timings and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with producers and CPMs on all campaign timelines – factoring availability of internal studio resources including Editors/Shooters, Graphic Designers, Studio Access and gear.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Studio Operations to review the commercial pipeline and efficiently forecast upcoming resourcing requirements
  • Liaise directly with the Studio team to ensure they have access to all feedback docs, script links and resources they require to complete projects
  • Act as a key contact for all freelance resources and ensure they are onboarded
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Studio Operations and finance for end of month reconciliation, pay runs and bi-monthly COS reporting.
  • Look for new ways to improve and streamline processes, systems and workflows
  • Provide general technical support to the Studio team.
  • Provide support to the Video & Experiential team in pre-production, equipment set-up and attend shoots and events to assist when required.
