Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise, drive, develop and team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A day in the life of a Subway Supervisor means you’ll be:

• Leading and supporting your management team and their team on a day-to-day basis. You will be working in front of the house, leading by example, preparing food items and cleaning as required - We all work together as one team, to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience.
• Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
• Helping your team with meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coaching team members by delivering on-the-job training and online training via the University of Subway
• Maintain and ensure compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
