The opportunity
Our People Advisory Services (PAS) team is looking for a SuccessFactors (SF) Talent Specialist Functions Consultant to support major Government technology transformation projects that drive significant change and efficiency to improve our client’s technology transformation ambitions.

Join our growing HR Transformation team!
Working closely with the PAS and transformation project teams, you will deliver specialist SuccessFactors innovation and insights to clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client project needs.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide specialist skills in SF Talent modules for long-term programs of work- Utilise expert SF knowledge to shape program services to meet client needs
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, reports, and presentations for client project outputs
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts and cutover activities
- Write solution design documentation and maintain workbooks
- Interpreted client requirements to build configuration sequences
As you will be working with Federal Government clients, it is essential that you are an Australian Citizen due to security requirements.
Skills and attributes for success
Degree/qualification in Business/Commerce, HR or Information Systems, Organisational Psychology- SF certification
- Specialist SF Talent module experience and proven ability with hands on configuration of one or multiple of the SF Talent modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, Performance)
- Additional experience in design and implementation of HR technology solutions across any of payroll, workforce management, talent, or employee experience
- Exposure to HR business, HR technology, talent, or remuneration advisory related roles in a consulting capacity
- Understanding of HR-related business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes
