The role will be responsible for the delivery and management of the SAP S/4HANA solution and SuccessFactors applications for Zinc Assets Australia. The role involves working closely with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure that service level agreements are met and that the applications are performing to the highest standards. This role will also liaise with the Infrastructure & Data teams to help plan and coordinate projects using your leadership experience in IT.
This role will work closely with the Group IS&T Manager and the Australia Global SAP Project lead to provide support, passionately deliver continuous improvements & support ongoing system initiatives to drive end-to-end process automation in line with the business needs. This role will be instrumental in driving SAP system support and system adoption.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Oversee delivery and management of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors applications and services
- Manage Business as Usual Support team and partners
- Ensure that service level agreements are met by vendors and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team responsible for the delivery of business applications
- Provide governance using ITSM/ITIL process and practices to support the solution
- Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure that the applications meet their requirements
- Manage and report on the performance of the applications to senior management
- Degree or tertiary qualified in IT or Management discipline
- 5+ years of experience with SAP and or HR/PY systems
- 5+ years of experience managing a support team
- 5+ years of experience managing 3rd party outsourced partners
- ITIL/ITSM experience/certification (desired)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business, verbally and written
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a high level of technical focus
- Strong understanding of Organisational Change Management principles
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to adapt to different communication challenges
