This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension(s).

This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted:

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis.
  • Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/09/2024
Position Profile: Perth Children’s Hospital is seeking suitable applications for Supervised Medical Officers to join the CAHS Mental Health Inpatient Unit. The position is responsible for the management, under supervision, of psychiatric inpatients admitted for ongoing care in the mental health inpatient unit.

Area Profile: Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) treats children from around Western Australia, and is committed to programs that promote lifelong health in children and adolescents. CAHS is made up of Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Perth Children’s Hospital.
