John Holland are looking to engage with capable and ambitious Civil Supervisors to work on a complex and challenging project that will see you deliver earthworks, pipelines, some underground works (tunnels), all the fun construction stuff on this $200M+ project. We are looking for Supervisors with project based construction delivery experience.

You will be able to utilise your people, management, construction and delivery skills during this phase of the project. In addition, you will be joining a high functioning team of established construction professionals.

About you

• Eager and ambitious you are looking for a role to challenge you but also benefit from further training and mentorship.
• You will enjoy being part of an extremely busy and successful top tier contractor
• You will be an experienced Supervisor/Foreman will civil project experience (earthworks, pipeline, underground, trenching, structures)
• Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes
• Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementing of final designs
• Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work.
• Safety values, communication skills, people skills and live and breathe John Hollands ‘People First' culture are essential.
