AddressWe are seeking the services of two Supervisors that can oversee 2 x 6 person crews of mobile plant operators for a small project at the Kwinana wharf.
You will lead the crew as they unload a delivery and sort into stockpiles. The project will run 24 hours and will require 2 supervisors on alternating 12 hour shifts.
This will be great for someone looking for a Short term role on their off-swing or an experience Civil Supervisor between long term roles.
You will need to have done a clear recent medical and D&A test.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing effective leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure duties are performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate clearly detailed objectives for your staff.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices.
- Schedule 26 Right to work as a Minesite Supervisor (Section 44 ok)
- 3-5 years leadership experience in the supervision of civil operators in a mining environment
- Nationally Accredited Competency Tickets
- NPC – valid within 12 months
- Pre – Employment Medical
- Full working rights in Australia
