About the Role
Due to continued business growth, we have a permanent opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Stores Supervisor to join our high performing team on Barrow Island undertaking a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster from Perth.
- Carry out daily inspections of the workplace and equipment to ensure a safe work environment is being maintained
- Provide Supervision, knowledge and delegation of tasks and actively promote team work
- Ensure Stores and store areas are maintained in a clean and efficient manner in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
- Conduct freight loading and unloading in accordance with procedures
- Stock reconciliation
- Organise and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Ensure deliveries and inventory transactions are accurate.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information.
- Liaise with site, Company and supply personnel to resolve supply issues and the provision of a high level of customer service
- Maintain auditable and legible stores documentation and accurate data with Downer systems
- Promote a positive Safety, Environment and Productivity focused culture
About You
- Previous exposure to warehousing for Non Process Infrastructure or related industry
- Possession of a Forklift ticket
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Experience with MSD or similar inventory management systems
- Demonstrated leadership ability and well-developed communication skills
