We are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Vendor Quality Assurance Business Partner. You will be responsible for working with our Oceania teams to ensure Quality and Food Safety standards are met. You will maintain a technical relationship with current vendors and Oceania Licensees, provide support to Quality Managers and their factories in specific areas of expertise. The role will collaborate with a global network of quality management colleagues.
This opportunity and based in Rhodes, however, you are required to travel to our regional sites and vendors at least once a month.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Quality and Food Safety Certification Program - including the Certifying Body relationship and reviews, coordinate market program for FSSC, ISO 9001, UTZ, RSPO, Retailer audit requirements
- Coordinate the Corrective Action Management Program
- Coordinate the Internal Audit Program, and lead the team to support ISO 9001 requirement
- Provide functional guidance to units (identify external training providers; coach units to develop , execute internal audit plans and leverage best practices)
- Manage the vendor approval program for new and existing vendors, ensuring only approved vendor sites are used in our operations.
- Coordinate action plans for corrective actions to drive improvement
- You will maintain a technical relationship with Licensees in Oceania, ensuring the technical requirements of the contract are followed and annual management reviews and or audits are conducted.
- Manage approval process of Non-Food Promotional items
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science / food technology-related studies) is required
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Management in the Food industry
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and FSSC 22.000 is highly regarded
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with and coaching cross-functional teams
- Working closely with all levels of management, staff, stakeholders, production teams and suppliers, you're a confident and a natural communicator who can multitask and prioritise requests.
- With your keen eye for detail and process improvement mindset, you'll be able to spot growth opportunities and proactively manage risks.
