Job Description
Coach and lead a team of Analysts to identify, implement, and manage annual CI (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) programme of work for Supply Chain and Distribution
Act as the subject matter expert for the Supply Chain team nationally
Lead value stream mapping and improvement projects across the network
Develop tools and systems to create business benefits through efficiencies and cost out initiatives
Facilitate improvements in overall Supply Chain reliability and cost performance
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated experience working across OPEX/CI/Lean Projects within Supply Chain/Logistics that have resulted in cost reductions and marked efficiencies for the network
Training/Qualification within a Six Sigma or Lean environment
Highly analytical and detailed individual who can be both tactical and strategic
Value stream mapping experience
