What we are looking for
We are seeking a Supply Chain professional to join our operations team based in Yennora, NSW . You will report into the Supply Chain Manager with a key responsibility of ensuring that all Coregas liquid customers receive adequate levels of liquid to continue their operations and will work with our 3PL to maintain daily scheduling of our trailers to meet all distribution requirements. Key duties include:
- Creating daily/weekly schedules that are meeting customers' product and services requirements.
- Maintain daily communications with our 3PL providers to ensure schedules are actioned as agreed and resolved if there are any issues.
- Ensure schedule is compliant to CoR law in term of fatigue management.
- Liaise with 3PL regarding Import export of cylinders / liquid as required by the business (IMDG certification).
- Maintain a high level of customer communication and expectations regarding deliveries.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed, and planned deliveries have been completed accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain project Manager to ensure that all requirements are being met for on-going customers as well as project works.
- Ensure transport fleet is utilised to maximum efficiency and kept in good working condition with all maintenance up to date as per maintenance guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of Coregas assets to ensure they are maintained, and regulatory compliance is appropriately considered.
- Continuous improvement through completing project based work to make the logistic function more efficient and more customer centric.
- Ensure data in Navision and any other software related to scheduling is kept up to date.
What you'll offer us
You will have completed tertiary qualifications within logistics, engineering or similar and hold an IMDG certificate. Ideally you will also have gained LEAN management qualifications. Candidates that possess strong technical and commercial skills developed through several years of experience within the logistics field will be highly regarded.
