Position Description
We are looking for a super star Supply Chain & Logistics Officer to join our fabulous team and be responsible for supporting the supply chain team and ensuring that all logistics and shipping tasks are done on a timely basis without compromising stock availability for sale.
The Supply Chain & Logistics Officer (supported by the Supply Chain team) will be responsible for following up on all inbound shipping transactions and will work closely with our 3PL to ensure that all stock movements are done accordingly.
Specific Responsibilities
Provide support to the local team with inbound/shipping and stock movement related requests including instrumentations, demo & parts for service.
Managing weekly inbound shipments
Liaising with various suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure all shipping documentation including permits are issued correctly and in a timely manner
Dealing with the 3PL to ensure time slots are booked and stocks are goods receipted
Updating Supply Chain & Customer Care with the inbound information
Manage all instrumentation movements for sales and service; work with various parts of the Business & our 3PL
Support Service with demo and parts (movements/ stock count)
Manage boot stocks
Perform other duties as required by the Supply Chain Team.

Qualifications, Skills and what we offer
University Degree in Business Management, Logistics / Supply Chain
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain preferably in the Pharma sector
Working experience in SAP is strongly recommended
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
Fluent English, both writing and speaking.
Able to work under pressure, able to multitask, excellent team player and able to work in a multinational environment.
