You will be one of our key contact people for Supply Chain – proactively monitoring user operations; analysing and resolving operational, workflow, and/or data problems - on hand to provide advice to users on correct usage of applications and associated workflows.

For the right candidate, we are flexible with this position being based in either Perth or Brisbane. Business trips may be required from time to time, as you will provide support to multiple projects within Australia. • Initiate requests for resolution of software application issues encountered during implementation and operations of Supply Chain Systems applications
  • Participate in business unit or project review bodies tasked with the establishment of standards and procedures for implementing Supply Chain applications
