Supply Coordinator - Vinpac

What you’ll do
Your role is to purchase dry good components for bottling for Angaston, McLaren Vale and other sites as well as :
- Assisting the Sales department and customers to develop new dry good requirements
- Ordering and controlling stock level of dry goods and purchase with the parameters of best quality, best price and minimal stock holding (including liaison with suppliers, generation of orders and approval of accounts)
- Approve invoices for payment
- Generate Purchase Orders for Inventory
- Monitor Stock on Hand
- Work with dry goods suppliers to manage New Product Development (NPD), demand forecasts and contract compliance as required
- Critically assess all functions for efficiency and effectiveness making appropriate recommendations for improvement
Your background:
To be successful in this role, you will come with an ability to problem solve, prioritise and want to have fun!
Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
- Have ordered / purchased products previously
- Great at stakeholder management
- Stock management exposure
- Creative mindset
- A team player
- Can work autonomously
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
