We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join the supply team based in Wodonga or from our Melbourne office.
This role will see you responsible for the planning and inventory management of the Wodonga Multi-Serve portfolio over the 24 month S&OP+ Horizon (short, mid, and long term).
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Complete ownership of the demand balance for the Wodonga Multi-Serve portfolio over the entire S&OP+ horizon for up to 24 months.
- Central point of communication between Demand and Wodonga Supply on the impact of any Demand or Supply risks and opportunities
- Reconcile supply capability with the market’s demand and ensure sufficient Customer Service Level at optimal cost and stocks. Use technical understanding to foresee potential risks and mitigate them effectively.
- Delivery of weekly plan for the locked schedule horizon to deliver to the relevant factory scheduler/planner based on the agreed service level agreement.
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement in the end-to-end supply planning area (including Inventory Management, Cost Structure, and Supply Chain Optimisation).
- Owns and drives the roadmap for service and inventory for their assigned portfolio to enable delivery of the operating plan and supply chain strategy based on system data.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience In Supply/Supply Chain/Customer Service.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
- Solution and continuous improvement focussed.
- Proven ability to scenario plan and recommend the optimal outcome to the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience building strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
