Right now, we are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Team. You will be stepping into an integral role for the team and K-C, and be responsible for the management of the team to deliver world class service to our customers with optimal inventory levels across both customer and professional sectors by balancing all aspects and trade-offs of supply, including managing inventory levels, maximising customer service, and minimising operating costs.

You will own the Supply function of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to deliver a responsive supply chain that fulfils Sales forecasts accurately.

Further Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead and own the Supply Review (part of S&OP process) and facilitate the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) review ensuring there is clear communication to the wider business and actions completed.

Drive monthly and weekly rolling production planning process with each vendor (internal KC manufacturers, overseas mills, third party re-packers) in line with the operating strategy principals.

Review monthly production schedule with mill, monitor plan adherence and drive rough cut capacity planning (6-18 months horizon) and tactical supply.

Develop and manage the long term (12-36 months) capacity planning and supply network design and facilitate any relevant APAC/Global Forums.

Lead demand and supply integration and continuously drive alignment towards a single supply plan, provide supply visibility to demand. Provide drivers related to supply where it has impacted OTIF & GRF & put actions in place to mitigate.

About You:

You are someone that is in a similar capacity role and will bring forward solid experience in Planning and Operations, Logistics (front and back end) along with S&OP Forum review and procedures.

You have knowledge and experience with CI/LEAN Green Belt or higher, SAP/APO-SNP together with APICS CIPM / CSCP or equivalent.

You have demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing a team – you are able to manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities.

You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have sound customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills.

You are a team player, and you bring froward your great communication as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving the results.

Together with your skills and experience, you hold Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or similar discipline.
