About the Role
- Whoever You Are is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team and redefine care standards. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and essential skills to individuals with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that each participant receives the highest quality of care.We currently have 12 hours available throughout the week, with potential for more in the future.
- Weekday rates will vary from $32-38 an hour depending on experience
- Saturday hourly rate is $45, and Sunday hourly rate is $57.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalised care to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, and accessing the community
- Support participants in developing independent living skills
- Facilitate community access and participation
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Experience or qualifications in disability support preferred but not essential
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- A willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver's license and reliable car with insurance
