You will be joining the Sustainability Team which support the business to understand and comply with the requirements of our Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environmental systems.
Reporting into the Sustainability Manager your focus will be on risk management for workplace safety and food safety. You will ensure we meet legislative compliance, deliver training, audit processes, and assist in incident investigations.

Supporting the company to maintain its ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 & FSCC 22000 certifications.
Facilitate use of risk assessment tools, coach relevant staff to conduct risk assessments, prioritise significant risks and establish effective risk management plans
Support incident investigations, monitor and review all incidents and hazard reports
Conduct workplace audits/inspections and report areas of potential risk or loss to the business
Prepare and conduct workplace safety and food safety training as required
Review changes to legislation and update internal documentation

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, QA and / or auditing with a working background in manufacturing industry.
Previous experience in internal / external auditing, preferably with Lead Auditor qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence change through coaching
Familiarity with production environments, associated QSE hazards, risks and related systems
A strong working knowledge of contemporary HSEQ practices and legislative requirements
Advanced attention to detail and process driven attitude
