- Partner with Lead Accountable to the define problem, solution and ambition at both a Strategic objective and initiative level
- In partnership with the Lead Accountable, develop the program delivery roadmap for key focus areas to create visibility and transparency around performance against plans, problem solve risks and dependencies and escalate issues to key stakeholders
- Manage focus area governance forums and program artifacts, including facilitating delivery forums and orchestration of Transformation Office requirements
- Partner with Delivery Leads to define plans, re-prioritise as necessary, conduct health checks and tracking of benefits profile as well as escalations of key roadblocks to Sponsors
- Uplift delivery capability and coach key stakeholders ensuring the highest standards of delivery are consistently adhered to
- Demonstrated experience in building the right partnerships with leaders, across the Group, to drive alignment to purpose, enable co-creation of solutions and craft a compelling experience
- Expert and adaptive communicator with strong leadership presence; a role model in connecting with individuals, teams and leaders to align together in purpose.
- Highly proficient in coaching and building capability in team members & leaders, to mobilise and enable delivery.
- Proven delivery in enabling transformation at a large scale in a complex environment, leveraging the right mix of structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with our Ways of Working.
- Tertiary qualification and relevant industry accreditation(s)
- Significant experience in senior delivery or transformation enablement roles (or similar)
