As a System Administrator (Identity & Access Management), you will have a customer-centric approach to your work and an interest in solving your customers business problems and issues.Here are some of the activities you can expect to be doing: - Ensuring the day-to-day operational management (support, maintenance and diagnostic analysis) of the following Identity technologies: o Microsoft Windows Infrastructure Support: Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services.o Identity and Access Management, Authentication technologies and concepts (SAML, OAUTH, certificates etc)o Directory & Authentication services - LDAP, eDirectory.- Monitoring and reporting on Reliability & Identity infrastructure and ensure that these systems are running optimally, including rotational on-call (after hours) for 24x7 Services and Infrastructure.- Assisting with the configuration of TMR Enterprise Identity environments and ensuring they are in line with Whole of Government security frameworks and standards.- Analysing technical issues utilising various tools and provide early detection of potential issues and appropriate response actions in a complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) environment.- Providing reports on system performance and workloads using available system management tools.- Ensuring that issues are managed in accordance with established ITIL standards and procedures.- Carrying out system configurations, installations and maintenance to ensure agreed levels of service and data integrity are provided, including developing and maintaining high quality design and support documentation.- Assisting with the preparation of reports & briefing notes in regard to system improvements.- Working with vendors/strategic partners and other internal/external technology groups to achieve positive outcomes.- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for Reliability & Identity by conducting research and recommending changes in services, products, procedures, and standards.About you: You have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to handle high-stake situations while maintaining rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
