This role will be responsible for performing a range of Systems Administration activities in support of the clients' environments. The position will require ongoing support, level 2 technical support and server support - BAU, backup and troubleshooting, as well.
We are seeking a candidate with skills and experience commensurate as a Systems Administrator and experience in the below technologies:
- Must have minimum 2 year's experience supporting a Windows server environment - Windows 2012/2016 and 2019
- Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange 2016/2019 (nice to have)
- An understanding of how comms networks work (mainly Cisco focus)
- Storage experience would be nice to have
- Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
