The successful candidate will day-to-day live operational systems support and administration of operational services to the business, ensuring any incidents are promptly resolved. Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff to plan and implement new and current technologies.
Skills:
- Understanding of Microsoft O365 Productivity Suite.
- Virtualisation knowledge and experience with VMware.
- Linux exposure.
- Storage experience - HP/Dell etc.
- VLANs, ACLs, routing, DHCP, VMware networking.
- General understanding of various operating systems – Windows 2019, RedHat Linux, etc.
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
Additional:
- Industry Certs – Microsoft, VMware, CCNA
- Be open or have experience in a shift environment - shift work may be required 1 week in every 5-6 weeks, and shift allowance will be given
