Now a bit about the role:
Key Accountabilities

Ensure the availability and performance of IT Infrastructure is within the agreed SLAs.
Assist in monitoring and upgrading the capacity of the IT Infrastructure to accommodate the organisation’s growing and changing requirements.
Implement, maintain and review comprehensive monitoring of the availability and health of all IT products, services, systems and processes.
Contribute documentation to the repository of IT Infrastructure documentation including – network diagrams, designs, naming conventions and configuration standards etc.
Perform scheduled maintenance on systems infrastructure and services.
Proactively monitor systems infrastructure, services and advisories to assist with early identification, response and resolution to service degradation & outages.

About you

3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Tertiary degree qualified in IT systems or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining a Microsoft Windows Environment.
Demonstrated experience administering Azure and M365 services.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining virtualised infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining a national private network.

A bonus if you have this:
Experience in Microsoft and 3rd party monitoring systems & services.
Experience with automation software and Intune.
Strong networking knowledge.
